The ServSafe® Food Handler Course is a complete solutions path that delivers consistent Food Safety & Sanitation training to employees. The assessment is designed to gauge the knowledge & training that has been delivered through the ServSafe Food Handlers course.
Individuals who receive a ServSafe® Food Handlers Certification have successfully completed the course and have a basic knowledge of the topics covered in the program. The course covers five key areas as shown below:
- Basic Food Safety
- Personal Hygiene
- Cross-Contamination & Allergens
- Time & Temperature Controls
- Cleaning & Sanitation
A textbook will be provided along with an exam scantron with instructions.
